Ok, if you have ever been around me when I see a bulldog, you know that I kind of freak out a bit! I get super excited and I might just scream out loud! ;) It doesn’t happen with any other type of dog, just bulldogs. I am a little obsessed… or just really in love with them! ;)
You have no idea how excited I was for Kristin and Danny’s photo session! Yes, I could not wait to see Kooper again and to meet their newest edition, Khloe! ;) But, I can honestly say I was even more excited to see Kristin and Danny again! It has been so long since their dreamy Punta Cana destination wedding and a hug from them was long overdue! ;)
It is safe to say that the smile on my face during and after their session was definitely HAPPY!!! So grateful for such AMAZING couples in our lives and their sweet sweet bulldogs that bring out the best smiles in all of us! ;)
These two! Ohh my goodness! Sarah and Eddie are so much fun! They gave us the most AMAZING tour of Boston while looking absolutely incredible! ;) We had so much fun wandering around some of the most beautiful places in Boston!
We are such huge fans of exploring cities with the locals! And so often as we stroll around a new place, we wish that we had a couple that we could photograph in the beautiful places we come across! Fortunately for us, Sarah and Eddie made that happen for us in Boston! ;)
Sarah and Eddie’s smiles and happiness glow in such an AMAZING way! My cheeks definitely hurt from smiling so much with them! Love when that happens!

It has been complete craziness over here… in the best way possible! ;) We are just getting back from a 10 state road trip to host the Amazing Life Escape! It was definitely beyond AMAZING and our hearts are super full from that! Since getting home, our days have included editing, editing, editing, photographing, running all kinds of errands, packing up our home (eeek… only a few more days until we give the keys to the renters! Ahhh!), filing out more 501c3 paperwork for Amazing Life Together, ordering a ton of albums in order to make sure they get here for the holidays!, finalizing logistics for Africa, ohh and finalizing all of the details for our RV that we are scheduled to pick up in just a few days! Ohh my goodness. Yes, crazy is probably the best word for it!
When life gets crazy, blogging seems to fall to the bottom of the to-do list! But the longer we have the photos ready to share with you without sharing them- my excitement grows more and more! You have no idea how excited we are to share the love of our beautiful couples with you! Ali and Phil… you guys make our hearts smile and we know it is only contagious from there! ;)
Ali and Phil were married at the beautiful Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on Oct 18th after a church ceremony the night before! It was such an honor for us to be with them and their family and friends for the full weekend, to capture the special moments from their wedding celebration! We always say a wedding is not just an 8 hour event… and for Ali and Phil, this was definitely confirmed! ;) It was a weekend full of so much love… and it was an honor to be a part of!

We have been on the edge of our seats with excitement to share Casie and Justin’s AMAZING Oaks Waterfront Inn Wedding with you all! Casie and Justin have been enjoying a fabulous honeymoon in Europe and we wanted to wait until they got home so they could enjoy the photos right along with everyone else! ;) YAY for a magical honeymoon & getaway!
Casie and Justin are two of the happiest people in the world!!! Seriously, their love and happiness radiates from them and just makes us want to be by their sides always! That’s what friends do, right? These two definitely walked into our lives as a bride and groom looking for a wedding photographer, and will certainly stay in our lives as friends & family forever! (Their families too… so incredibly sweet! ;) )
They drew us in… along with every single one of their family and friends. We all felt the love and could not be more excited to celebrate with them! (Which is just one of the reasons why their dance floor was hopping all night!- and the fact that the Doug Segree Band was there was probably another great reason for that! ;) )!
Casie and Justin… thank you for being such a BEAUTIFUL example of love! You two just make our hearts smile so incredibly big and we are so grateful for that! We wish you so much love and happiness always!!!

We knew going into this wedding that no matter what happened throughout the day, it was going to be AMAZING! Judy and Kevin have been working so hard together on this special day… always keeping at the forefront what really matters! They are getting married!!! We had received an email from Kevin earlier in the week that said, “I just hope Saturday is the best day Judy could have ever imagined.” AMAZING!
We arrived to the Annapolis Maritime Museum early in the AM to set up the photobooth… and it was flooded. Literally, the full moon, the winds, and high tide all aligned to fill the venue with water! I am not going to lie, we were a little nervous it would all come together by the afternoon and I just really wished that I brought my rain boots with me! lol. But really, all of that did not even matter. If Judy and Kevin had to get married in the middle of the street, I am sure they would have done it!
The staff and volunteers at the Maritime Museum worked incredibly hard to sweep the water out and clean up all of the debris! By the time we arrived back to the Museum a few hours later, no one would have ever known it was under water earlier in the day! Incredible! They worked so incredibly hard to make Judy and Kevin’s day everything they dreamed it to be!
I feel like this is the perfect example of how marriage really is! It is not always perfect… and sometimes from the outside (by looking at this incredibly bright blue sky and dreamy clouds we had all day!) it looks quite perfect! But the reality is, it took a lot of really hard work to get to that point! It does all come together… always! Sometimes it just takes a little bit of extra hard work!
Judy and Kevin- we are so incredibly happy for you! We have loved being a part of this AMAZING time in your lives and it makes our hearts sing to know you are beginning this next chapter in your lives together!!!! Congratulations!
