Baltimore Wedding – Sara and Matt

Sara and Matt’s Baltimore wedding reminded us so much of our very own wedding! We were about the same age (actually just a little younger) and we remember the excitement and emotions they were feeling as if it were yesterday! As we were driving to the church (a ride that took about twice as long as expected due to traffic issues :( ), Sara’s nerves started to kick in. That is right around the time I started to feel extra emotional on our wedding day too!

The excitement and energy around Sara and Matt on their wedding day was so special! Not only were they super excited to get married and start their lives together, but their families were just as excited! It was a special day for Sara and Matt and a super special day for their families too!

What a sweet day to be a part of! Sara and Matt, we are SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED for you as you begin this next chapter in your lives together!!! We wish you many many many years of celebrating and laughing together! Thank you for the opportunity to capture your love!

Annapolis MD Engagement Session – Shaunie and Paul

Ahhh! These two make our hearts smile! There were so many moments during Shaunie and Paul’s Annapolis engagement session where I would just stop and soak in their smiles! The way that they laugh and enjoy each other is such a treat and such a gift to be around! Shaunie and Paul’s smiles radiate and spread so much joy to the world around them! We are certainly glad to be around them! ;)

Shaunie and Paul’s wedding is coming up in just ONE week!!! ;) And we can only imagine how bright their smiles will be on their wedding day! Ahhh! It makes us SO EXCITED! We cannot wait to capture the magic of their love on their special day! Shaunie and Paul, we will see you SO SOON and we cannot wait!!! ;)

Quiet Waters Park Engagement Session – Rachel and Steve

These two are so incredibly adorable! Rachel and Steve’s Quiet Waters Park Engagement Session was so much fun to photograph! They came into the session feeling nervous and saying they were not “good at being cute”… but they certainly showed us otherwise! ;)

We had rescheduled their session due to weather way back in the beginning of summer, so we were so incredibly grateful for a beautiful summer night in Annapolis… even when they were calling for rain again! This summer’s weather has been crazy!!

Hotel du Pont Wedding – Sarah and Eddie

Sarah and Eddie! Ahhh! These two! They are two people with an energy that we wish we could bottle up and bring with us everywhere we go! (Or, maybe they could just come along with us everywhere we go?!? Maybe?! ;) ) They have hearts of GOLD and family surrounding them that literally light up the room!

As Sarah and Eddie prepared for their wedding celebration, they focused on what was most important to them! Celebrating their love and the love around them! When describing their table markers that were pictures from their family member’s weddings, they said, “We want to have a nod to the ‘village’ it takes to have a happy and long-lasting marriage. Without our family and their ideals, commitment and love, we wouldn’t be embarking on this journey together in such an excited place.” Ahhh! Amen to that! Seriously, we just love them! Did I mention they took the time on their wedding day to stop by an assisted living facility to see their 99 year old Great Grandmother who could not make it to the wedding at the last minute. Their love runs deep and that is what a wedding celebration is all about!

Sarah and Eddie definitely started their married lives off in an excited place! In fact, they were so excited, it was like they did not even notice it was raining outside! It rained like we have never seen rain before… and it lasted ALL DAY! It wasn’t just a shower here and there. It poured all day! And I am happy to report those raindrops were absolutely FULL OF LOVE!!! So much love!

Sarah and Eddie, thank you for being such a BEAUTIFUL example of love to us, and everyone around you! Thank you for recognizing the AMAZING love in your lives and celebrating that! You two literally light up our hearts and we are so incredibly excited for you as you embark on this next chapter of your lives together!

Philadelphia Anniversary Session – Stephanie and Greg

After living in Philadelphia for a few months during college while I was doing an Internship with the Philadelphia Eagles, we always welcome the opportunity to go back! We LOVE Philly and love exploring Philly with others who also LOVE Philly! ;)

Stephanie and Greg asked us to capture some photos of them at a few of their favorite places around the city we all love! They sent us the list of the locations, The Ben Franklin Bridge, Elfreth’s Alley, City Hall, and Franklin Square. Besides City Hall, these are all locations that we have never explored! What a treat to be able to see more of the city we love while capturing some Anniversary photos for Stephanie and Greg!!!

We wandered through Philadelphia on a beautiful Sunday evening and soaked it all in! It was good to be “home” and super good to hang out with Stephanie and Greg celebrating their love almost a year into their marriage! Did I mention we ended the evening with Ice Cream and Franklin Fountain?!? ;) So FUN!
